I couldn't have my oral surgery today

because I got a BFP this morning!  I'm still shaking and don't really believe it.  I took 2 tests just to make sure.  I'm sorry that I haven't been on today, but it's been a little busy.  I had bw drawn this morning and have to go back on Monday. I also had to go to work to explain why I didn't have the oral surgery- I blamed the doctor.  I'm not ready to tell many people, plus it's way too early.  Is it ok if I stick around here for a little while longer?  I'm not ready to move over to SAL because I'm not even past where I was last time.

Now that I got that out, how is everyone today?  What did I miss?  I'll look at the posts, but please catch me up.
