I did 1 day of the easiest workout and have been too sore for the last 2 days to attempt it again. I never thought 1 twenty minute workout could kick my butt so much!

  • Push past the pain!  Days 3 and 4 were the worst for me because I was completely sore.  By day 6, my energy was a lot higher and it got much easier.  Plus, I invested in this sports bra of steel.  My god, BFing boobs killed my back.

  • Wait til you get to Level 2!  There is a huge difference from level 1 to level 2.  But stick with it and it does get better!

     Thanks! We got all the hats on Etsy. Poor DH and LO were so done taking pics, guess I kept them out there too long.

    how long have you been doing it? Have you lost weight? 

    I only made it to Day 15.  I tried Level 3 for one day and said "eff that."  I did lose weight though!  I did it about a month or two pp after hitting a wall with 20 lbs. left to lose (50 lbs. total).  It helped kickstart another streak of weight loss.  I'm back to pre-pg weight now.

  • I feel bad when I'm so sore I can't get on the ground easily to play with LO. Man I feel like I'm 90 when I say that. I swear a year and a half ago I wasn't like this. lol
