I know I keep posting about Uggs. Sorry.
The other night Vicky_D recommended the site uggoutletonline b/c she got Uggs for $83 from there and was happy with them. I just ordered some myself last night. Still haven't gotten a confirmation email, and now I am FREAKING b/c someone on 6-12 just said she is "pretty sure they're fake". WTF?!
Should I call immediately and try to cancel my order? Anyone else use the site and feel confident that they're real???
Re: *vicky_d* or anyone who has used uggoutletonline.com
If you look @ the description on this pair, it says Real Authentic QUALITY...is that a loophole? Sure seems like it.

Ugggggggg ;-) ...I feel like such a moron. My card hasn't been charged yet, so I sent them this email:
I ordered a pair of Chestnut Classic Short size US6 Uggs last night and still have not received any confirmation emails, or a reply to a previous email I sent you. My credit card has also not been charged despite my order status on your site stating that payment was approved. This is order number XXX for Sarah XXX. I wish to cancel my order immediately and expect to NOT be charged the 25% cancelation fee since my card has not yet been charged. I have reason to believe your business is fraudulent in that the product is not authentic. If I am subsequently charged a cancelation fee, I will be contacting Visa for further investigation. Please contact me with any questions.
What do you think? Should I still contact Visa now to stop payment even though nothing has been charged? Not sure how that all works.
I am so upset. I'm basically screwed. Talked to Visa, and it turns out they DID already charge my card (under some totally weird name, TheShiningSt... can't see the rest of it). I didn't see it before b/c it's still listed as a hold, not a charge. Since they clearly say on the site that they charge the 25% cancelation fee, I'm probably screwed over. I think I would've been better off waiting to get them, and then if they looked like knockoffs I could've tried to find SOMETHING wrong with them to justify returning them immediately.
All I wanted was some damn Uggs. Now I'm probably out $20 without even some knock off Uggs. :'-( What a disappointment.
Our closest Sports Authority is at least 45 minutes away. Maybe it'd be worth calling to see what they have though.... I wish they had them online.
(as if I haven't learned my lesson with online shopping)
