How do I wash poo out of wool?

Do I need to re-lanolize it after a cold rinse?

    No.  If you used soap, then you might want to re-lanolize.  But if you just rinsed it with water and it's been lanolized recently, I wouldn't worry about doing it again.  (I have done this with no ill-effects!)
