that should be okie depending on how many follicles you have and how small they are.usually once the follicles grow above 10-12mm you will see rise in E2. my E2s have always been low even after 3-4 days of stims.

E2 of 150-500 on day 8 (not sure if it meant CD8 or day 8 of stims), then doubling every 48 hours.
I think your 178 sounds fine after 3-4 days. GL!

thanks - the nurse said that the doctor just wanted to give me an extra boost - i didn't have anything above a 10 today really - just a bunch of 10's and near 10's....
he's keeping me on 10u lupron the whole time - i wonder if that is suppressing me too much
i really need to just let go and stop micromanaging - this doc/practice have the best success rates in the area (over 69%) for under 35 - he must be doing something right, right?
