Is this annoying? (little vent)

Im a receptionist and our office is really busy.. and the thing that irritates me more than anything is people who call and ask for a number or address, and they dont even have anything to write it down with!!

How do you call somewhere specifically for something and dont have anything to write it down! sorry i deal with this all day its turned into a pet peeve!!

    Yes I agree, annoying...

    Maybe when they call, they don't think you'll be ready and they think they have a little more time to get their sh!t together.
