If you used an herbal supplement to boost your supply...

How long did you take it before you saw results?  Also, what did you take?  I'm on a fenugreek/fennel seed/red raspberry leaf/blessed thistle/marshmallow root blend for almost a week now and have seen a tiny increase, but nothing much.  Thanks!

    I take fenugreek (3 pills, 3 times a day) and recently started taking blessed thistle (2 pills, 3 times a day).  I noticed an increase with the fenugreek after a few days - probably about 4 and I have yet to really see an increase with the blessed thistle.  I am also on Reglan for my supply issues.

    I tried fenugreek, blessed thistle and oatmeal and nothing ever helped me Sad

    I was drinking 4-6 glasses of mother's milk tea a day and had no results (except for a sour tummy.)

    I tried blessed thistle, 3 pills 3 times a day and saw results in 2 days. My LC said you have to take of 900mg each dose or you will not see results. I also started Mother's milk plus pills and wowser a huge increase in a day.
