Just curious, do you and DH have something you call your LO in private?
We call DD "Belchy". There's someone on CNN called Ali Velshi so my husband started calling our DD Ali Belchy (her first name can be shortened to Ali). My husband even made up a song that says, "Ali Belchy she's a squelchy, Ali Belchy soft and squelchy, the most beautiful girl in the world, she's our Ali Belchy!" The second verse starts with "She's squirmy like a wormy..." but I don't remember the rest.
We realized that we need to stop calling her Belchy soon because we don't want her to recognize it as her official nickname.
Feel free to share your embarrassing names you call your kid. I hope I'm not the only one out here.

Your DH and mine sound alike in that they make up silly songs. One of his latest songs has him calling her "Big Toe Allie" because she has his big feet and toes.
We call her:
"Squirmy Wormy,"
"Crabby Wabby,"
"Fussy Wussy,"
"Cranky Wanky,"
"Her Highness."
"The Little Angry One"
ETA: Forgot to add "Bundle" as in "bundle of joy"
When we want her to calm down we tell her "No Drama Alessandra." Of course, Allie is the nickname for Alessandra.
I almost forget Tessa's name sometimes, since I call her everything but that :P Usually it's bug (short for cuddle bug, love bug or lady bug), but also munchkin, fussbudget, pumpkin, honey bear, and several other variations on those.
One of my mom's favorite stories: When I was about 3, we were in a department store we frequented, and one of the sales clerks asked me my name. I looked all confused and couldn't answer, so she asked me what my mom called me and I told her "pumpkin."
Here are a few:
Squirmy/Squirms
Poopypants
and my personal favorite:
Mudbutt (IHO of Chapelle Show)
Oh So or Oh So Tow So (we'll sometimes add the big boy onto this one too)
Big Boy
Silly pants
Stinkerony

TTC #1 Cycle 14 - IUI#1=BFN, IUI#2=BFP | TTC #2 Cycle 8=BFP!!

To the dismay of our family, we started early with "Bubba" (instead of baby). We used to play a game where she was "Bubbazilla" and knocked down her toys. It made her laugh hysterically every time. So, now she's:
Bubs
Bubsy
Bubbazilla
BBZ
Poor kid.
DD #2 is usually The Littlest (to distinguish her from the preschooler), Little Baby or Babyhead. We also put a B in front of her name to make her name funny.
DD #1 is Crazy Craze, Crazyhead, Crazy Crazerson, Silly, Silly goat, Silly Sillerson. I often say that she'll be in therapy in a few years telling her shrink "My parents always called me crazy!" We also do the B thing, makes her name funny.
My sister calls my niece Bubba and all the variations as well.
His nickname used to be Cranks...and when he's in a mood that one still comes out once and awhile.
The one that really "stuck" is the TDG (his initials)
She calls herself CeeCee because she hasn't quite mastered Sydney.

Peanut (she was really tiny when she was born),
