when is it safe to use baby jogger

We are expecting twins in March. My DH wants to get a jogger for his runs. At what age is it safe to use a jogger w/babies? 6 mos?

Is this the case for just walking with the jogger? We have gravel trails in my neighborhood, and I was planning to get a jogger to walk on them.

I was told it's only 6 months for jogging. If you are just walking, you can still use the jogging stroller right away. I was looking at the Bob Revolution jogging stroller, and they even have an adapter for an infant car seat, so you can definitely walk with it right away!

The Bob Revolution is awesome. You will love it. Walking with car seat adapter seems fine!

My doctor gave me the go-ahead to run with ds in the BOB with the infant adapter starting at 2mo. He was in his first 5K at 3 mos!! The infant adapter is so stable that it's just as motionless as riding in a car.
