Chicken salad sandwich. I know it's not the healthiest thing but the deli by my house has the best and I was in their yesterday and couldn't resist. mmmmm ....
Funny story... I decided to add some finely shredded carrots this time (thinking DH shouldn't be able to see them in the red sauce & spinach). He ate like 3/4 of his huge helping and then found a carrot and started complaining how gross it tasted since he KNEW there were carrots! LOL

I love it. My dh does the same thing. If I buy a different brand in something, I have to hide it sometimes in the original label-(like deli sliced cheese, I put in a "kraft" container)--otherwise he freaks out. I have to force him to eat carrots in my soup or pot roast! It's funny.
I had a hard boiled egg and a butter leaf salad with left over rotissiree chicken, feta, and a balsamic vinaigrette dressing. There's also a honeycrisp apple sitting by my phone.
