Back from Ethan's 9 month appt

He weighs 17lbs 13 oz. He's in the 11th% he is 26 1/2 inches long (6th%). everything is good. We got the go ahead to feed him whatever we are eating. I am so excited about this. He also got the flu and H1n1 shots.

yay! he's getting soo big! did the dr say anything about his cold?Eve is much better today.

There isn't really anything to do for his cold. Just to use saline spray for his nose. His little nose is cracked and bleeding on the outside now

rub some chapstick on the outside of his nose when he goes to sleep, mentholatum's natural ice is nice for this. whenever i get a cold i do this b/c my nose cracks too no matter how many tissued i used with lotion in them, the menthol and camphor eases the soreness, keeps the skin protected and helps heal
