The one that works best for us is an American Red Cross brand. It works better than the blue one we got at the hospital. (But those are the only two I've tried.)

I have the bebesounds battery operated one - love it - wouldn't use anything else. (Oh, and if you get it, only use the short nasal tip - not the long scary one.)
