I am just trying to gauge normal behavior. DD wants to be upside down all of the time. She thrives on it, giggles maniacally, and puts her body in a position to try to make us help her with her favorite position. I LOL at the antics, but have to wonder if this is normal toddler behavior. She gets herself in position to do a flip flop on the floor and carries on until someone helps her flip over. She will also lie on her back, stick her legs in the air, and arch her back, yelling for help until someone picks her up by the ankles and helps her flip over. She cackles, and life is good again. Normal? The little gymnast wannabe is wearing us out. She also love to spinny Brenny....spins herself around at every chance, to the point of dizziness, giggling the whole time. Google is not even good enough to catch these things. Thoughts?
Re: Does your kid love to be upside down?
LOL at Spinny Brenny
Ethan LOVES to spin in circles. He always seems to do it every night at bedtime also! He thinks it is the funniest thing ever. He will spin around and around and go "weeee-weeee-weeee" the whole time and then stumble over to the wall, stop, laugh, and do it all over again. He loves being held upside down too. Brenna is going to teach herself to do somersaults soon!!
