I feel like probably everyone thinks I'm lying about puking

in 1st Trimester

....because I seem to only do it when everyone is asleep or at work!!

 

I promise I really am puking and it sucks and I'm not making things up for sympathy Stick out tongue

    I know what you mean.  DH didn't hear/see me puke for at least the first week.  At that time, I was throwing up in the morning and he was already gone to work.  He stayed home to go with me to my first OB appointment and finally got to SEE me throw up.  He became much more sympathetic after that!  Now I throw up more in the evenings and I think he has just gotten use to it...just like the burping and farting Embarrassed

    LOL, I totally understand!  When we first found out I was pregnant this time, I said, "Oh man, I hope I don't get really sick like I did with Noah!" And DH said, "What? You weren't ever sick!"  I was like uhhhh, yeah actually I was REALLY sick!  He was never home when I was puking so he thought I was making it up :P  LOL

    DH has now seen/heard me throwing up so often that he just goes about his business and occassionally will yell "Do you need help?".  I usually say yes because I get really upset when I throw up (always have since I was a little kid), so I like to have him stand there and watch for moral support.  Haha.

    My DH asks that same question when he hears me, and I usually respond "yes! As a matter of fact you CAN help! Carry this baby for the next 6 months, k? Thanks!" :D
