At my first doctor's appt., my doctor explained that I need about 1500mg of calcium a day. I have been really good about drinking milk, taking my PNV, but was having a really hard time getting anywhere NEAR 1500mg. So, I decided to check Total Cereal and just see how much was in a cup - 1000mg! So, add your milk and take you pre-natal and you are at the recommended amount.
Just wanted to share in case anyone else was having a hard time getting calcium!
