Evening Primrose oil- vaginally or orally?

in 3rd Trimester

I read online that you can insert a pill vaginally before bed- your body heat dissolves it, or you can open it and using your fingers put it right on your cervix, or just take it orally...just curious what do you do? thanks!

    I had heard of taking it vaginally here on the bump.  when talking to my MW, she said that some women like to do taht 'cause they think it's more efective than orally.  she said that she thinks it's a waste, and that I should just take it orally 3 times a day.

    I have been taking it orally 3x per day and just started this past week taking it vaginally 1x per day.  I insert it before I go to bed at night.  Neither way has made any changes for me though.  Good luck.

    how many mg are your pills? the ones I got tonight are 1000 mg...
