How to PIP?

Help! I don't know how to do this. Everytime I try to use that little tree button it makes the images huge and then when I try to resize them they become distorted.

    I have a mac and have always had issues but what i do is upload into my photobucket account and then I copy the bottom code (the [IMG] one) and then I paste it into my thread...its worked for me all day today (obviously)

    K... I have had so many problems in the past and I was just trying to figure it out again but it isn't working. I know that you can set the dimensions but I am not sure what the numbers should be. You can try inserting it and previewing it until it looks good for you.

    I have also had success using one of the other codes... I think direct link and that just posted the pic. 

    I used be able to do it well in the past but then every time I tried it would post the pic twice in the same post.
