I have always liked it...once JLK came around I liked it even more...But now with Jonathan I LOVE it. I think since they have a girl then a boy...I see us somehow..And they have the new baby and I hope to have another...either way soon
I always thought it was cute but you're right -it took on a whole new meaning and became a lot funnier once J was born. I even bought J a couple of the books for his first Father's Day.
i actually have 2 baby blues comic strips on my desk at work
1 - hammie the lil boy is on his trike on the roof with pillows on the lawn and zoe the oldest girl is on the lawn w/ a tape recorder saying 'first .. our national anthem' as mom is FRANTICALLY running to stop it all
2- zoe is walking by wren's (she's the youngest) room and walks in, takes a peek into the crib and decides to crawl and join her.
being the oldest of 4 and now a mom myself .. it cracks me up.
Love - a wildly misunderstood although highly desirable malfunction of the heart which weakens the brain, causes the eyes to sparkle, cheeks to glow, blood pressure to rise and the lips to pucker - Author Unknown
Re: I love the comic strip Baby Blues!
DH and I make a point to read that one whenever we get our hands on the comics. Always good for a laugh - especially now that we're parents.
