  I have a Balboa Baby cover (got it from Taget.com, BRU also sells them).  It's not super breathable, but it works.  Nowadays I mostly go uncovered unless she is likely to be too distracted, then I use the cover.

  I made my own from a light cotton fabric, and made sure to put in some boning in the top for ventilation.
