  i wouldn't wash the diaper inserts with your regular laundry unless you use CD-safe detergent for everything.

  i wash my pads with regular laundry.

  You can toss both in with your CD laundry, though.

  Huh.  Maybe I should have read the OP more carefully. 

  I'd just wash a load of regular laundry with CD detergent and toss everything in there.

  So I would assume, then, that if I use my CD safe detergent on a load of laundry that I could wash my inserts with them?
