anyone take ortho tri cyclen lo?

I am thinking about going back on the pill. Dr.'s office gave me samples of this to try. How did you do with it? Side effects? A while ago I took ortho tri cyclen (regular not lo) and had horrible mood swings. Thanks for your input!

I used to be on it and had no problems with it at all. I was supposed to go back on it after DS but decided not to be on anything and now I have about 3 sample packs in my drawer at home, lol.

I was on that for a month about 3 years ago. I bled the entire month - I switched to Yasmin and had no complaints!

I took this and had awful mood swings, depression, weight gain, migraines, and my period was all over the place. I switched to Yaz which helped with the depression and period issues, but I still had mood swings and migraines and my sex drive was killed. No more hormonal bc for me.

I was on Ortho Tri-cyclen Lo for a couple of years with no problems, but I've also never had a problem with any of the other pills I have taken either. HTH.

I took ortho tri cyclen lo before getting pg with DS. The only issue I had was a headache at the same time every month--when it was time to start a new pack of pills after my period. I was also on several different kinds of BCP's and many of them gave me headaches, some even migraines.

I was on it before I had DD. It was the only pill that agreed with me and didn't give me any problems.
