My boss just sent out an email that we're 2 quarters in the red.

I was copied by accident. There is a VP with the same last name as me, but a different first name...and he must have clicked the wrong name.

I believe this is a sign I need to take job searching a little more seriously. I do not want to work for a company that has let my division spend half of the year in this bad of shape.

Especially because my boss is erradic. God only knows how he'll handle layoffs and cuts if there need to be any.

I want to move to another division if possible, but none of the other ones are hiring.
