seriously i think i just rather af arrive at this point. i'm highly aggitated i just want to go to bed...i tried b6 to help lengthen my LP since it was only 9days last cycle and it said it would help w/ PMS too, not so far it hasn't. Crying

I have to take extra b6 for something else. I had no idea this is me with 'gentle' pms... man, DH should be scared... very scared.

Have you tried Vitex? I'm using b6 and vitex and I *think* it might be working.

Last month i was 8 or 9 LP (depending if you believed FF saying I o'd late---which I don't) and today I'm at 9DPO with no symptoms--at all. (well 'cept for the sore boobies)

I took b6 for the first time last cycle, and my LP lengthened by 1day. But I only had one other LP to go by, so who knows whether the b6 had anything to do with lengthening it by one day or not. I do know that the PMS was not affected AT ALL. I was still a raging biitch.

I take two capsules a day (i think each capsule has 225 Vitex or something) with my morning vitamins. The bottle says to take it three times a day, but I cannot swallow that many pills. I figured I'd start of slowly and see what happened.
