Who Spells It Better, Me or DH?

I think (crossing fingers) we've decided on a name but DH and I have different spelling preferences. Which do you prefer?

Leanne Blythe McGregor (my fave)

or

LeighAnne Blythe McGregor (DH's fave)

i would vote for Leanne. Only because the 2nd alternative would make people pronounce it 'leah - anne'. at least that how i saw it at first glance.

i like the leigh spelling, but phonetically it looks like 'lay-ann or lay-a-nne' rather than LEEAnn.

Leigh is definitely pronounce Lee. I like LeighAnne.

Another option would be LeeAnne instead of Leanne, but they both seem kinda vowely to me. IMHO.

This. Plus, at first glance I read LeighAnne as "Lay anne". Then I try and correct myself and it comes out "Le-uh-anne". I come up with Lee-anne on the third try. If you want it pronounced Lee-ann, you should spell it Leanne.

If you don't know that Leigh is pronounced Lee...well..that worries me.
