If it's a Walgreens take care clinic then I wouldn't worry about them not knowing what they are doing. If it's the pharmacists I wouldn't worry either, my dad is one there and they train them to give the vaccines.
When I got the h1n1 it didn't hurt at all - I didn't feel the shot go in, no pain in the arm afterwards, nothing. It was seriously the easiest vaccine I have ever gotten.

Yes! I have the flu right now and it sucks ass. I'm not sure if it's H1N1 but I was exposed to it on Wednesday and was puking with a high fever and teeth-chattering chills early Saturday morning. Not fun so definately go get it!!!
If you would have asked me two weeks ago, I would have said no. Now that I have had H1N1 and was hospitalized I say get it. I made my mom go and get it and the flu shot.
Definitely call first. Flu.gov says all the Walgreens in my area have the shot but they don't. I was able to get mine at my OB's office on Friday. The shot hurt going in but I rubbed my arm for a while afterwards and it never got very sore. My arm was really sore for a few days after the seasonal flu shot.
