I feel like crap and just so gross about myself. Exercise would always make me feel better in the past but I am so nauseus that I cant even motivate myself to go to gym or do exercise. Anyone else in this same boat?
I am in the same boat. I have only excercied once and that was at about 5 weeks. I have been so sick, that the minute I try and excercise I get sick.
I talked to my doc about it and she said not to worry about it. She said that as my m/s begins to taper off, I will get more energy to excercise. She said in the mean time, eat healthy and watch my weight.
Yes! Fortunately I work at a fitness/tanning center and can convince myself to ride the stationary bike 20-25 minutes a couple times a week. At least that is something I guess. I don't want to do anything else.

i feel tired but go to yoga & after i feel way better about my mind/body, etc... but it so hard to get motivated to go -- even though i dont do much on days i dont have to work,, which is most days since i am starting a apprenticeship this winter & i have no other job,,besides freelance photography ...
Yes, my energy has improved a little over the past two weeks, but then again I slept for 11 hours last night! For five days per week, I've just been trying to go for at least 30 minute walks on days when I don't go to the gym. This means I walk most days because I don't have energy for the gym. I keep hearing your energy improves in second tri. My DH keeps reminding me that you get exhausted whenever you have a cold or the flu because your body's working hard to fight it off. Your body's working even harder with this little venture so don't feel bad about letting it rest.
Yes I'm in the same boat. I was in the best shape ever for me pre-pregnancy & once m/s hit at 5.5 weeks I have only been able to go for 2 short runs & nothing in the last 3 weeks. I am too sick & tired. I am going to sign up for prenatal yoga in the second tri once I feel better b/c I hate not working out. I just keep thinking of how hard I'm gonna have to work out after the baby comes to get back in shape.
A few walks is all I've managed. Pre-preg I used to work out 4-5 days a week. For me, m/s hit at about 5W. With that and being super tired, I can't imagine exercising. Hopefully 2nd tri will be better. I totally agree with pp on hoping this doesn't impact getting my body back after.
