YAY! I got my AFF pads and inserts!

I am so excited! I have been waiting to cross these off of my list for awhile. So I bought 4 pairs of milk maid pads and 4 inserts. Do you ladies think I will need to buy more milk maids? How many do you have?

  • Me too!!  I have 2 pairs of milk maids right now and I ordered 2 more, plus 2 as gifts.  I think you'll be fine with 4 total.

Glad someone else is as excited about this stuff as I am!!  I can't WAIT to get my inserts ::does a little dance::!!!

  • It kinda depends on how often you will be doing laundry (I toss them in with whatever I'm washing except diapers) and then also whether or not you leak at all.  I think starting out with 4 will work well but you might end up needing more later on....especially if you work outside the home.
  • OMG I am so glad you posted this --- I have been waiting for over a month to get these and I forgot this morning!!!

  • Ok, I am buying 2 things (milk maids and an insert) but I got charged shipping separately, once for each type of item ..... why am I paying for shipping twice? Can anyone help?

ETA - nevermind. I figured it out.

  • I have 4 pairs of AFFF and then some other cotton ones I got at first. It might be enough, but I remember leaking through those cotton ones like crazy. I even used multiple disposable ones while out and about since they had the waterproof lining.

  • Thank you for posting this! I've been waiting so I can buy some milk maids :-) I don't want to use disposable pads this time around and want to make sure I'm ready for the baby.
