I wasn't planning on formula feeding so I didn't do any research on prices beforehand. I know it's on sale at Target right now but just wondering where is the cheapest you've found it?
we signed everyone up on the similac website so we got tons of $5 checks. I use them at BJ's... the big container is 32 oz and it comes to $22 with the check. thats the cheapest we've found it.
actually, the container is 34 oz... it comes to the same price as the 23 oz from target, so its cheaper if you have a BJ's near you and you can sign up for the checks. even if you dont get the checks, its $27.
The big container on sale at Target for $19 seems to be a great deal. It seems to normally be $24-25. I just started supplementing and asked my two girlfriends who formula feed and they assured me it was a great deal. Also, sign up at the Simulac website and they send sample cans and coupons. My one friend had her whole family sign up and today gave me 5 cans of soy that they had sent her and her family (they sent advance too which she used herself). Never thought I'd be so lucky to have DD have the milk allergy. Since I only supplement a little, I may never have to buy formula now!
Costco or Sam's are the cheapest by a long shot...better than Target, Walmart, diapers.com, etc. I actually spent a ridiculous amount of time researching this while ds slept this morning. Register for strong moms on their website for the coupons too!
