diaper sprayer question

Call me naive, but doesn't the poo spray all over when you spray the diaper?

    Ours is realll highly pressurized, but I didn't notice poo flying anywhere.

    It does a decent job.  We actually bought a $15 attachment for our showerhead at Home Depot, as our toilet is just next to the shower.  Works well so far!

    I LOVE our diaper sprayer!!  I was using a plastic spoon before it arrived...yuck!!  We bought  one from diaperdaisy.com and it works like the bumgenius diaper sprayer.  It adjusts it's intensity of spray based on the amount of pressure you put on the trigger.  When you aim correctly and adjust the pressure, it doesn't spray at all.  I don't know what I'd do without it!!
