Reflux question

I took Brooke to the doctor today and it looks like reflux is the root of her sleeping problems and the reason she constantly wants to eat.  She is now on zantac and rice cereal in her bottle.  If your LO had reflux, how long did it take to see an improvement?

    they say by a year old. we found a lot of improvement when she started solids and when we switched to prevacid. good luck! i know how hard it is.

    Brandon had a mild case and was put on zantac.  It seemed to help a little for us.  By the time he was 4 mos, he was spending most of his day "sitting" with the boppy, his little chair (summer infant super seat, kinda like a bumbo), his jumperoo, his exersaucer, on our laps, etc... Because he spent more of the day upright I think it helped a lot.  The other thing is that he slept in his carseat until he was 6 mos (don't necessarily recommend that though)
