I was walking every day with my dog for about 2 miles and since my whole body is swollen I haven't been walking...

I feel like I should be, but it is so hard by the end of the day to walk and to even fit into my shoes

That is amazing you were walking 2 miles a day! Give yourself a break! We can only do what we can do..don't feel bad.
