oh goodness...first day of the 30 day shred! I didn't think I was this out of shape!!! It kicked my butt!!!

anyone else that's doing it -- how long did you stay at level one?? I'm thinking at least 10 days if not 15!

I'm so jealous - can't wait to work out again! ?I did the 30DS before my wedding and I was in fairly decent shape and it STILL kicked my butt. ?

Just got the DVD and plan to do it this afternoon when DD is asleep-I'm sure its going to kick my a$$ too!!! I know I'm out of shape. Will let you know how it goes.
