Update on baby bears - PIP

I got to hear the heartbeats for the first time! Baby A aka Gummy Bear was measuring at 167 and Baby B aka Boo Bear was measuring at 175.. the midwife said everything looked great!! although I noticed that one baby was measuring a few days ahead of the other baby but I guess thats ok??

Yay! I'm sure that just means that one implanted before the other. It's totally normal for babies to be a week off b/c of implantation. Same thing happened to us!

Glad to hear you had a good appointment and that the bears are doing well! I will still fight you for the tub, so tell those bears to keep that in mind in the spring ...

TOTALLY!! I got all choked up.... it was amazing! they tried with the doppler first and the midwife couldn't hear anything.. but then they did the ultrasound and it was *loud and clear*

DH is totally bummed cos he missed it.. we didn't know we were going to be able to hear the heartbeats today... bummer!

They'll likely continue to measure "off" of their dates - DD was never spot on. It is so dependant on where they measure, where the cursor goes on the screen, how much the babies are moving, their position, etc.
