Is you baby jumpy?

DD is so jumpy. Extremely. During her sleep, & every little noise or movement I make when she's in my arms.

I don't know if this is normal or if it's caused by my stress during pregnancy?

I had major stress during my pg (anxiety and serious insomnia). I don't think it had any lasting effect on him

Our LO is too. She will be sound asleep and jump when she hears something but not even wake up.

it's normal at her age. their startle reflex should go away by 4 months. by 2.5/3 months, their movements are more circular and less "violent" looking.
