Furbaby Mom's - wee wee pads ?

My furbaby uses a wee wee pad when it is wet / gross outside and or in the winter when it snows (he hates to be wet and refuses to wear any type of paw protection).

Anyway I feel so guilt using wee wee pads b/c it is bad for the environment.

Have you ever used re-usable pooch pads?  They are machine washable.

Thanks

Re: Furbaby Mom's - wee wee pads ?

  • We bought a few when we thought our fur baby would never get potty trained.  But, of course, she stopped going on anything but grass the day they came in.

We gave them to a friend who loves them.

  • I have never heard of the reusable ones. I think I would surely use them, our furbaby hates going out when it's wet or snowing.
  • This is all my stepmonster uses.  She is so lazy. Walk your damn dog....ugg that is a whole other story.   She says they work great.  I think it is fine when it is at night time or wet out.  It is better there than on your carpet.

  • My dog uses a litter box :)  My dog is trained to go indoors and outdoors.  We trained him to use it when we used to work like 12 hour days (i still work 12 hour days but i get to sneak home whenever i need to now that I'm boss!).  It is great now that he is older and has to pee and poop like 3 times during the night.  We don't have to get up.  And I'd like to defend myself saying I'm not lazy because I walk other people's dogs for 12 hours a day :)  My poor baby gets the yard and mommy gets to veg on the sofa.
