do you save your lo's shoes?

in Toddlers: 12 - 24 Months

i was packing up some of dek's clothes and realized that his sandals from this summer will not fit him anymore and should be packed up as well. but do you save them or donate them? do you save them until all the babies have had a chance to see if they fit (fits their foot and the season)?

what are you planing/doing with your little one's shoes once they are done wearing them?

    EVERYTHING is being saved.  Including shoes. 

    My theory is that if I save every.single.thing. just in case I have another little boy ... it'll backfire and I'll have a girl.  Which is my plan all along.

    I'm saving everything until we are done having kids. Then I'll pass them along to a relative/friend or donate them.

    I'm saving everything, too. If we end up having a second child and it's a boy, it'll be so hard to throw away (or donate) Lily's shoes! I've become very attached to them. ;)

    No more DC's for us and I dont have anyone to give anything to, so i've been selling it all on ebay.

    I just listed and sold 10 pairs of her old shoes. I have 5 more pairs to list, and she has another 6 in her drawer. It is out of control.

    Same, unless REALLY trashed then I just tossed them.  Or if I just never liked the item, then I donated it right away.  I figured if it was a PITA now it'll be a PITA down the road too.

    I've been saving all of her shoes except her worn-out everyday shoes. Her sandals, dress shoes and boots are barely worn.

    I've only saved a handful of very special outfits (the one from her Christmas pic, her first Halloween costume, the one from her first birthday, etc). I haven't saved any of her shoes. Everything has been donated to either a women & children's shelter or given to a couple that I know that had a little girl on the way and they both lost their jobs, so they needed the help. I didn't keep any of the toys or anything either, so #2 will be getting all new stuff.

    I currently save nothing lol I hand everything down to friends and family unless it's somthig special that I want DS to have for his LO some day.

    LOL!

    I have been packing up her shoes with the clothes so far, but I guess I could sell them to OUAC.  They were cheap enough it is not that big of a deal! 

    And I am sure with the 6 boxes of clothes we already have packed up from Brooke's clothes, I will be having a boy the next time around.

    Saving the things I love..donating the rest! I have a few cheap sandels that I'm not keen on keeping, but I'm definetely keeping the chuck taylors after she outgrows them because they're adorable and slightly expensive.
