DS can climb the stairs now... scary! PIP!

He's not even close to walking, but can go up the stairs! So crazy!

    OMG, be careful now. I forgot to close the gate one day and was in the kitchen making a grilled cheese for dd when I realized I didn't hear her. I went into the family room and saw the gate was open, I ran right to the steps and didn't see her. She had climbed all the way up and was playing in one of the bedrooms, she must have taken off as soon as she saw the gate was open and just kept going as fast as she could.  She gave me the biggest smile when I found her, I thought I was going to have a heart attack.

    oh yeah, DS has figured this out in the past two days.  I thought I'd be ok with gates just at the top of the stairs, turns out I need both?  I should buy stock in baby gates
