hmmm....off day or stomach bug what do you all think? (a little long)

So DD had breakfast this morning and ate fine. She seemed to be fine all day in terms of laughing and playing but she never seemed hungry and didn't want anything I tried to give her. She ended up falling asleep at about 12:30 before she even had lunch or her bottle.  When she woke up I figured the poor thing would be starving, but when I tried to feed her she wouldn't eat anything and spit everything out.  I then tried giving her her bottle and she wouldn't drink that either. Then, right before DH left for work( about a half hour ago) she vomited aalllll over his shirt. Like I said other than the not eating this she has been acting fine all day. What do you think, just an off day or possibly coming down with something? Also, what would you try to feed her for dinner in this situation? TIA :)

    I'd be afraid of dehydration.  If it were me, I'd call the pedi to see what he had to say.  My DD was doing this but she would take 1/2 to 3/4 of her bottles and I got worried about dehydration.  We tried giving juice and water so that she'd have some more fluids in her.  Hope she feels better soon and its nothing to worry about!
