  Just Mod right? YOU are the one who stated several times that you have properties, money is tied up, no mortgage, blah blah blah. They were not all in response to Mod's post. No one asked, you offered, and you are clearly proud of those things. Announcing your personal status is just unnecessary, unless you enjoy the attention whore aspect of it.   You are joking right? Truly loaded people do not get loaded by saving $20 a week with coupons, they don't  need to save that money. I will agree that most live bellow their means, but when that is 1 mil a year disposable income coupons are not necessary

  i don't think some of you understand how farming works. my dad's a farmer, like the OP's husband is. many farmers are actually "loaded" on paper, like she said. it would blow your mind if you knew how much money a farmer deals with each year, in terms of the cost of seeds/feed/etc., the amount that they oftentimes borrow from the bank to purchase that seed/feed, and then selling of all of it after harvest, along with the value of their land. once my dad's land is sold after he dies, if the price of that land holds up, he knows it will all be worth well over a million dollars. and no, my parents sure as heck don't think they're "loaded." i think this is what the OP is saying.
