Elders (or close)-cramps?

I was just curious what people's experience have been with cramps.  I have had a really Easy pregnancy so far (except for back pain) and still feel really great.  The past few days I've been feeling crampy at random times....  I know people say this can be BH (I haven't had Anything that feels like a contraction whatsoever).  Is that true?  I'm trying to work as long as I can but also wish I could anticipate when things may go "down hill."  I know some people feel great right up to the end...but anyway I was sort of wondering if other people have been feeling this?  If so, for awhile?  Just wish I had a crystal ball I guess....  I have a dr. appt on Friday, so far it's just been the regular old stuff though so I wonder if maybe this one will be different with a little more info, not that anyone can predict any of this of course!

    I believe we are due at the same time.  I just had my appointment today and he said I will be feeling that more frequently now.  I have the cramping in my back too which he said is all part of this.  He talked about when to come to the hospital and that the BH contractions should be more frequent and guessed that she weighed around 5 pounds.  This was the most informative appt. I have had so far.

    I have had crampy BH for the past week and a half. No real labor contractions from this, but I am 90% effaced and 2 cm dilated!

    yes, I've had this since 37 weeks. Doc said it's your cervix getting ready. It really sucks to feel like you're PMSing for 3+ weeks, but get used to it...
