Workout question

When you workout, what is your normal routine?

  • HAHA... Ya, that's mine. I'm trying to get back into the gym and such, so I wanted some ideas.
  • I got out of the habit, but I used to do an exercise video while DS played after work. Lately now that it's cooling down I try to get out for walks after work w/ DS and the dogs

  • OK, seriously now, when I go (which never happens) I start with weights (either arms, chest and back, or legs), then abs, then cardio. I try to do different things for cardio since I get bored easily, but I do at least 45 minutes of whatever I decide on. If I do the treadmill, I like to set it at 10% incline and walk, with sprint intervals thrown in. I've learned that if I start with cardio, I'll get worn out and skip the rest of the workout.

  • I do many laps to the pantry back to the couch for oreos. It is very tiring.
