Yuck yuck yuck-nbr

I just saw a house centipede on the wall going upstairs. Those things totally freak me out. Apparently, they are harmless and even good to have around the house b/c they get rid of other, harmful insects...but they are so creepy looking. I wish I didn't see that, now I'll have a hard time sleeping tonight, imagining them crawling on me :(

    We get those here from time to time and I HATE them!!!  They are so gross & disgusting that, like you, after I see one I can just feel them crawling all over me!  Ew!!!

    ok, we seriously have been dealing with these for the last four years, since we moved in and have NEVER known what they were! The first time I ever saw them was here and couldnt figure out what they were. On a whim I decided to look up house centipede after reading your post and that is what they are!! UGH i hate them! You solved a mystery!

    I know what you mean. We had the largest spider I have ever seen (besides captivity) at work. Then I learned that on average 7 spiders crawl on you during your sleep a year, totally ruined my day.
