pooping &/or big farts from LO every feeding??

Is it normal for a breastfed baby to poop or let out really long big farts during each breast feeding session?  He usually doesn't poop the rest of the day unless it's near a feeding time.  Is it normal that he does this with almost every meal or could it mean he is having problems with my milk?  Anyone else's baby do this?

    my dd has a runny stool after each feeding -usually within a half hour after eating (usually pretty explosive too). totally normal

    my LO poops right after nursing. I was told at the hospital that was expected.

    Its called gastro-colic reflux. When they eat their body clears what is in their bowels to make room for the new meal. Its totally normal & expected. L poops everytime he eats.
