Why do I torture myself?

Calloway LOVES his V-Tech Helicopter.  You know what I'm talking about if you've been unfortunate enough to have this thing invade your household.

A while ago, I stole the batteries out of it and hid it.  He found it this morning and threw a FIT until I gave up and replaced the batteries.  Now, he's happy as can be, but I would really like to burn this stupid toy in my front yard and dance around it.

    Oh we have that it hasn't been to bad so far, all though it could use a slightly lower volume.  Walmart has it for $10 now, my mom bought it for him when we were visiting at the beginning of the month

    We have a similar situation with Elmo Live. I almost did a happy dance when his batteries died. Until DD chased me around yelling and throwing Elmo at me to get me to fix it.

    I put it in her closet. She loves this toy but I can only listen to so much "uhoh! Elmo fell down. Can you help Elmo up please?"
