Brad stayed home with Miles Tuesday. Miles was wandering the kitchen/playroom just playing like normal. Brad heard him in the kitchen grunting and he could just hear him moving around. Typically he gets the pots out of the cabinet and gets in. Fine. Well he started fussing and kind of whining like he wanted Brad's attention. Brad went in to see where he's gotten stuck (assuming the cabinet).

Nope...he had climbed (or scaled) his high chair and was sitting in it. We have the FP high chair that attaches to a regular chair. Our "regular" chairs are the high bar stool type chairs. So he had somehow managed to climb up there, turn around and sit down without tipping the chair over.

It's amazing and terrifying all at once! I can't believe it. So guess whose crib is converting to a toddler bed when we move in a week? Yup...Mr. Monkeyman!

I was just reading in this month's Parent mag about how boys do this much earlier than girls.. something about extra fluid in their brains or something, better cushion should they fall... lol...
