We have a new employee at my work who recently had baby #2 (second boy). His direct supervisor (who works for me) is set on throwing a "party" for the new arrival and the employee/wife. While it isn't a true "shower", I feel like I should take a gift. The couple is not registered anywhere and I have no idea what they have already.
Any ideas of a gift that would be good? The office is also planning a group gift (maybe a gift card) - so should I plan to just participate in that and forget the individual gift (I had planned to do both)?
Thanks!
Re: Moms - gift ideas?
Kohl's has the "Moose a muffin" books on sale for $5... get one of those, a moose, and some muffin mix and a muffin tin... or just the book... lol...
I ordered Monthy onsie stickers from Pickysticky for a few people here at work and bought onsies to go with it.
However if someone is doing a group gift I would just give to that and not worry about individual unless you are close to the person.
This is a cute idea!
