Colorado Springs?

I know there are a few of you out there. Just wondering if you can suggest any place to go for yoga, birthing classes, photography, 3D/4D u/s?

     For Yoga...not sure )-:

    For Birthing Classes...we are taking ours at St. Francis Hospital on Woodmen and Powers (where we are delivering). We just finished our Labor and Delivery class last night and it was awesome.  Our instructors name was Marci (if you can request one of her classes...I would for sure).

    Hey there!

    I'm delivering at Memorial Hospital, and they do a bunch of classes there- they do prenatal Yoga (Which I haven't done) and we are doing our birthing classes there- they are really great!

    Our Dr's office does the 3D ultrasounds, so if your doctor doesn't, maybe they can suggest someone?

    For Photography, use Roz Otsuka!!!  She is amazing- she shot our wedding, she did a "Belly shoot" for us, she's going to do another one for us later on in the pregnancy, and she's doing this package for us where she goes to all our appointments with us, she shoots while I'm getting my ultrasounds, etc. (as long as your Doctors office will allow it) and she's going to be at the hospital when I deliver taking pictures of the waiting room and then our baby after she's born.  She has really great prices and will work with you to get you everything you want.

    I'm totally new to this board- But I'm from the springs and I wanted to second the First Glimse Ultrasound place! They were WONDERFUL! The room was huge and we had several family and friends (including young kids) who came in and watched the whole ultrasound. It was totally great and I think it was reasonable (to me anyway..)

    As far as the other two things, I can't offer much help, being military, we do everything through Fort Carson :)

    I second OMbaby!!

    We have about 7 Certified Childbirth Educators in the springs. Independent classes offer MUCH more beyond the hosptioal. It's all about full information and choice, not simply protocol.

    3D U/S is availble at Dr. Jack Tubbs office 596-3344. they are off Powers. There are a few non-medical 3-d photo u/s places too.

    As far as Yoga, I ordered some prenatal DVD's and love them and do them at home., birthing classes should be offered at whichever hospital you choose to go to, photography wise there are allot of great ones, just skim some portfolios and see who's style you like and for 3D/4D first glimpse ultrasound is awesome, we loved our experience! PIS
