I feel really bad that DD is going through a growth spurt

And I'm at work.

When she went through growth spurts before, she would be really clingy and would like to nurse (feed and comfort suck) constantly.  But since I'm at work, she's just getting the bottle (although she's getting plenty of cuddle time with her grandparents).

I know its silly but I kind of wish I could be home so that she can just nurse all she wants during this period.

    I feel the same way!

    Plus, how do growth spurts work when bottle feeding?  I know that constant nursing increases growth spurt so how does that work when you're bottle feeding with expressed milk?

    I have no idea actually.  But I figure they just eat more than normal.  Formula fed babies also go through growth spurts so I imagine that they either feed more frequently or want more in the bottle.  MIL did say that instead of every 3 hours, she had to feed her practically every 2.
