Who makes velcro pull-ups?

DS#1's Mother's Day Out is requesting that we send along velcro pull-ups.  Right now he uses the Pampers pull-ups, which aren't velcro but absorb and fit him well.  The only velcro ones I've seen are the Huggies, which leak like crazy on him.  Are there others that I just don't know about?  Especially ones that fit similar to Pampers?

  • I think Huggies are the only ones. Our daycare wanted either those or diapers when we first started potty training.

  • Um, sorry, but why do they care? They can rip the side off of them just as easily as velcro ones.

this is what I do though. they were out of S's size in pull-ups at target so I had to get the easy ups. I agree with amiamish though, I just rip the sides! lol

  • That's odd.  We have bought Pampers Pull Ups and those are the velcro ones around here.  I prefer buying the Pampers Easy Ups because although they tear, they don't tear that easily.

ETA for no apparent reason - I have no Huggies experience, just Pampers.

I'm guessing they want to put them *on* like a diaper as well which would mean opening up the velcro to put them on.

Ohhhhh! well, I guess that makes sense. In that case, just use diapers-they are cheaper anyway.

DS can't use pull ups-they all break him out, he pulls his pants down and takes his diaper off with no issue. :) There's really no difference between diapers and pull ups.

  • huggies and target brand do.

My neices day care wanted them to have the velcro sides as well.  I am guessing so if they do poop the sides are easier to undo then tearing them.  I prefer the velcro ones on dd.

  • The generic brand at Target has velcro sides. They are called Up and Up. :)
