pineapple for implantation?

does anyone on here do this with ivf?  if so, when and how much?  i tried to search but nothing came up in the bump's search function....which is crazy since i know there are tons of posts on this topic.

  • I'm no expert, but this is what I did this cycle (IUI)

    Cut a pineapple core into 5-6 slices and have one per day starting the day of my IUI, for IVF I'd assume you start the day of ET.  Best way to eat pineapple core is to freeze it and blend it in a smoothie.  Although, this last one I had was really ripe and juicy- so I sliced the core and kept it in a cup of its juice- and the core ended up being really soft and juicy so I ate it plain.

    This is also what I did with my IUI, last cycle, and plan to this cycle, too.  I made strawberry-pineapple smoothies and they were good.  DH was jealous that I had to eat the whole pineapple and he didn't get any. :-)
